Emphasis on literacy moment to make the entire female to literate as well as enroll the girl child in formal school. Provide better health care facilities by organizing regular camps, health education meetings, and door to door awareness campaign about RCH issues, better nutrition management program, Sanitary Hygienic practice etc. Providing livelihood and increasing opportunities for landless families is a major focus areas of HGVS. Women & youth would be mobilized to form small groups which are based on the income generation and occupation. Women to be engaged in micro credit units to form a big cooperative for their economic enhancement. People to get their lawful rights & privilege of Government Schemes is another major goal of HGVS.

• To accept donation, grants, presents, gifts and other offering (in the shape of movable or immovable properties)as well as sale and purchase for the promotion of aims and objects of the society.
• To organize various charities services programmes for needy people on the basis of no profit no loss.
• The property of the society shall be for the society development and no any part of property, bonus, and dividends will be paid to any members of the society.
• To establish and organize the self-help groups in the village for giving the training of handicrafts such as sewing and cutting, embroidery, mudha making, clay modeling, toy making, painting, wooden craft, pottery making, mat making etc.
• To promote the plantation for environmental purposes.
• To provide information and education about AIDS diseases through holding awareness camps as well as help in their treatment.
